These Travel Wallet Terms (“Wallet Terms”) govern the E.P.I.C.™ Travel Wallet offered as part of eligible E.P.I.C.™ — EverAfter Premier Insiders Club™ memberships.
The E.P.I.C. Travel Wallet allows eligible members to accumulate program credits associated with successful monthly membership payments and apply those credits toward eligible travel booked through Ever After Escapes.
These Wallet Terms supplement the E.P.I.C. Membership Terms. By participating in the Travel Wallet program, you agree to these Wallet Terms and any applicable booking or supplier terms.
1. WHAT THE E.P.I.C. TRAVEL WALLET IS
The E.P.I.C. Travel Wallet is a member benefit that tracks eligible program credits earned through successful qualifying E.P.I.C. membership payments.
Travel Wallet Credits may be applied toward eligible travel booked through Ever After Escapes in accordance with these Wallet Terms.
The Travel Wallet is not a bank account, deposit account, savings account, credit account, stored-value account, or general-use payment instrument.
Travel Wallet Credits are program credits and are not cash.
2. ELIGIBLE MEMBERSHIPS
Consumer E.P.I.C. memberships currently receive the following Travel Wallet Credit amounts after each successful qualifying monthly membership payment:
| Membership | Monthly Membership | Travel Wallet Credit |
|---|---|---|
| General Admission | $14.99/month | $5 |
| Reserved | $54.99/month | $20 |
| Floor Access | $99.99/month | $35 |
| VIP Section | $169.99/month | $65 |
| Owner’s Box | $319.99/month | $125 |
Travel Wallet Credit amounts are based on the member’s applicable membership level and qualifying payment.
3. HOW TRAVEL WALLET CREDITS ARE EARNED
Travel Wallet Credits are associated with successful monthly membership payments.
A credit is not earned merely because a billing cycle begins, an invoice is generated, or a payment attempt is made.
A membership payment must be successfully completed and remain eligible under the E.P.I.C. program rules before the associated Travel Wallet Credit is treated as earned.
4. UNSUCCESSFUL, REVERSED OR REFUNDED PAYMENTS
A declined, failed, reversed, refunded, disputed, charged-back, or otherwise unsuccessful membership payment does not qualify for the Travel Wallet Credit associated with that payment.
If a Travel Wallet Credit was previously posted in connection with a payment that is later reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise determined to be unsuccessful, E.P.I.C. may adjust the Travel Wallet balance to reflect the payment status.
5. USING TRAVEL WALLET CREDITS
Travel Wallet Credits may be used only toward eligible travel booked through Ever After Escapes.
Eligible use may depend on the travel product, supplier, reservation, itinerary, membership status, available Travel Wallet balance, and applicable booking terms.
Travel Wallet Credits may not be used as a general payment method outside the E.P.I.C. and Ever After Escapes travel ecosystem.
6. BOOKING THROUGH EVER AFTER ESCAPES
Travel Wallet Credits are applied in connection with eligible travel services arranged or booked through Ever After Escapes.
A member requesting to use Travel Wallet Credits may be required to work with Ever After Escapes to determine whether the requested travel purchase is eligible and how the applicable credits will be applied.
The remaining portion of any travel purchase not covered by eligible Travel Wallet Credits remains the member’s responsibility.
7. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS
Travel purchased through Ever After Escapes may involve independent hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, ticket providers, transportation providers, and other third-party suppliers.
Those suppliers may impose their own pricing, deposits, cancellation rules, change fees, resort fees, taxes, restrictions, and other conditions.
Use of Travel Wallet Credits does not replace or override applicable supplier terms.
8. NO CASH VALUE OR CASH REDEMPTION
Travel Wallet Credits are not cash and are not redeemable for cash.
Travel Wallet Credits do not constitute wages, interest, dividends, investment returns, deposits, securities, or other financial assets.
Travel Wallet Credits may be used only in accordance with the E.P.I.C. program and these Wallet Terms.
9. TRANSFERS AND RESALE
Travel Wallet Credits are associated with the applicable E.P.I.C. membership account.
Travel Wallet Credits may not be sold, resold, exchanged for cash, brokered, or commercially transferred unless expressly authorized by E.P.I.C.
E.P.I.C. may reject or reverse transactions involving suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, manipulation, or misuse of Travel Wallet Credits.
10. MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Travel Wallet participation is tied to the member’s E.P.I.C. membership and applicable program status.
Failed payments, suspended memberships, canceled memberships, payment disputes, or other account-status changes may affect future Travel Wallet Credit accrual and the member’s ability to use credits under the applicable E.P.I.C. program rules.
11. MEMBERSHIP LEVEL CHANGES
If a member upgrades or downgrades an E.P.I.C. membership, future Travel Wallet Credits will be based on the membership level applicable to the qualifying payment.
A change in membership level may also affect other benefits, eligibility requirements, and program features associated with the member’s account.
12. ACCOUNT BALANCE AND RECORDS
E.P.I.C. may maintain a ledger or other system record reflecting Travel Wallet Credits earned, adjusted, used, reversed, or otherwise associated with a member account.
Members should contact E.P.I.C. Member Support if they believe a Travel Wallet transaction or balance is incorrect.
E.P.I.C. may review account and transaction records when resolving a balance question or suspected account error.
13. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Cancellation of an E.P.I.C. membership is governed by the E.P.I.C. Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation stops future qualifying membership payments and, accordingly, stops future Travel Wallet Credit accrual associated with those payments.
Any treatment of Travel Wallet Credits following cancellation is governed by the applicable E.P.I.C. program terms and Cancellation Policy.
14. TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation or modification of travel purchased using Travel Wallet Credits is subject to the applicable booking terms and the rules of the travel supplier.
The cancellation of a travel reservation does not automatically create a cash refund of Travel Wallet Credits.
Any adjustment to credits associated with a canceled, modified, or refunded booking will be handled in accordance with applicable booking terms, supplier rules, and E.P.I.C. program procedures.
15. FRAUD, MISUSE AND ACCOUNT ABUSE
E.P.I.C. may suspend Travel Wallet activity or review a member account when there is a reasonable concern involving fraud, unauthorized access, payment abuse, manipulation of credits, prohibited resale, or other misuse.
Improperly obtained or improperly used Travel Wallet Credits may be removed or adjusted consistent with applicable program terms and law.
16. PROGRAM CHANGES
E.P.I.C. may update Travel Wallet procedures, eligible uses, membership-level credit amounts, redemption processes, or these Wallet Terms as the program evolves.
Changes will be implemented subject to applicable law and any notice requirements that apply.
Current membership benefits and Travel Wallet information should be reviewed when enrolling, renewing, changing membership levels, or using Travel Wallet Credits.
17. RELATIONSHIP TO MEMBERSHIP TERMS
These Travel Wallet Terms supplement the E.P.I.C. Membership Terms.
Membership billing, account status, cancellation, member responsibilities, supplier relationships, privacy, and other general program matters remain subject to the applicable Membership Terms and other E.P.I.C. policies.
18. PRIVACY
Information collected or maintained in connection with Travel Wallet activity is handled in accordance with the E.P.I.C. Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
