1. ABOUT E.P.I.C.

E.P.I.C.™ — EverAfter Premier Insiders Club™ is a consumer membership program offered by Ever After Escapes.

E.P.I.C. provides eligible members access to membership benefits that may include travel-related opportunities, entertainment and experiences, Travel Wallet Credits, Annual Hotel Stay benefits, travel planning support, and other benefits associated with the member’s selected membership level.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our websites or services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or are acting with appropriate authority on behalf of another person or entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the applicable website, service, membership feature, or transaction.

3. ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Certain E.P.I.C. services are governed by additional policies and terms. These may include the:

Additional travel supplier, booking, payment, promotion, event, or benefit terms may also apply to a specific transaction.

4. WEBSITE USE

E.P.I.C. websites and digital services are provided for lawful personal, informational, membership, travel, and transactional purposes.

You agree not to use our websites or systems in a manner that interferes with their operation, compromises security, violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or services.

5. ACCOUNT AND INFORMATION ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining an account, purchasing a membership, requesting travel services, completing forms, or otherwise interacting with E.P.I.C. or Ever After Escapes.

You are responsible for promptly correcting information that becomes inaccurate or outdated when the information is necessary for billing, membership administration, travel fulfillment, communications, or another requested service.

6. MEMBERSHIPS

E.P.I.C. memberships are governed by the applicable E.P.I.C. Membership Terms.

Membership benefits, prices, availability, qualification requirements, Travel Wallet Credit amounts, Annual Hotel Stay benefits, and other program features may vary by membership level.

Current membership information presented at the time of enrollment should be reviewed before completing a purchase.

7. RECURRING PAYMENTS

E.P.I.C. consumer memberships are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the membership selected and the payment authorization presented during enrollment.

Membership billing and cancellation are governed by the Membership Terms and Cancellation Policy.

8. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices, membership offerings, benefits, travel opportunities, promotions, merchandise, and other products or services may be updated from time to time.

Availability may vary based on membership level, inventory, supplier participation, destination, dates, eligibility, or other applicable program conditions.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, display, technical, or pricing errors consistent with applicable law.

9. TRAVEL WALLET

Travel Wallet Credits are governed by the E.P.I.C. Travel Wallet Terms.

Travel Wallet Credits are program credits associated with successful qualifying membership payments and may be used only toward eligible travel booked through Ever After Escapes according to applicable program rules.

Travel Wallet Credits are not cash and are not a general-use payment instrument.

10. ANNUAL HOTEL STAY

Eligible E.P.I.C. membership levels may include an Annual Hotel Stay benefit after satisfaction of applicable qualification requirements, including at least 90 qualifying active membership days.

Hotel destinations, availability, activation costs, taxes, fees, and other conditions depend on the applicable membership level and program terms.

11. TRAVEL SERVICES

Eligible travel planning, booking assistance, itinerary support, and other travel services are provided through Ever After Escapes.

Ever After Escapes may work with independent hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, ticket suppliers, and other third-party travel providers.

Individual travel transactions may be governed by separate supplier terms.

12. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Third-party suppliers are independent businesses responsible for the products and services they provide.

Supplier pricing, inventory, availability, cancellation rules, change fees, deposits, taxes, resort fees, baggage fees, ticket restrictions, and other conditions may apply independently of E.P.I.C. membership terms.

Members and travelers are responsible for reviewing applicable supplier terms associated with their bookings.

13. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that names, dates, traveler information, identification, passports, visas, health documentation, entry requirements, and other required travel documents are accurate and appropriate for the planned trip.

Requirements may vary by destination, supplier, citizenship, itinerary, travel date, or governmental authority.

14. ENTERTAINMENT AND EXPERIENCE OFFERS

Entertainment, event, ticket, attraction, tour, and other experience opportunities may be subject to availability and separate provider terms.

Event schedules, seating, venues, performers, dates, inventory, and other details may change according to the applicable provider’s rules.

15. THE E.P.I.C. COLLECTION

Merchandise offered through the E.P.I.C. Collection may be fulfilled through third-party ecommerce, printing, manufacturing, shipping, or fulfillment providers.

Merchandise purchases may be subject to separate checkout, fulfillment, shipping, return, refund, and privacy terms presented by the applicable provider.

Purchasing E.P.I.C. merchandise does not create or upgrade an E.P.I.C. consumer membership unless expressly stated.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

E.P.I.C.™, EverAfter Premier Insiders Club™, associated branding, graphics, designs, website content, copy, program materials, and other proprietary content are owned by or used with authorization by Ever After Escapes or the applicable rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially use, or create derivative works from protected content except as authorized by law or with prior written permission.

17. TRADEMARKS AND BRAND USE

E.P.I.C. names, logos, slogans, program names, and related marks may not be used in a manner that suggests unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, representation, or ownership.

Participation in the consumer membership program does not grant a member permission to represent themselves as an authorized E.P.I.C. representative.

18. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not engage in fraudulent purchases, unauthorized account access, manipulation of Travel Wallet Credits, unauthorized resale of benefits, misuse of promotional offers, interference with website functionality, scraping or automated extraction that disrupts services, impersonation, misrepresentation, or other unlawful or abusive conduct.

E.P.I.C. may review, restrict, or suspend activity reasonably believed to involve fraud, misuse, security threats, or material violation of applicable program terms.

19. USER COMMUNICATIONS AND SUBMISSIONS

When you submit inquiries, reviews, comments, requests, feedback, forms, applications, or other communications, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is lawful and does not violate the rights of another person.

Information submitted through our websites may be used to respond to your request, provide services, administer accounts, improve operations, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By interacting electronically with E.P.I.C. or Ever After Escapes, you consent to receive applicable transactional communications electronically, subject to applicable law.

Communications may include membership confirmations, receipts, account notices, travel communications, policy notices, customer service responses, and other service-related messages.

21. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Marketing email, telephone, and text communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and available opt-out mechanisms.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent transactional communications necessary to administer an active membership, payment, booking, or other requested service.

22. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our websites may include links to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, social-media services, merchandise providers, or travel suppliers.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

23. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through our websites and services is handled in accordance with the E.P.I.C. Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

24. WEBSITE SECURITY

You may not attempt to circumvent security measures, introduce malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use our systems in a manner designed to compromise data, accounts, networks, or services.

Suspected security incidents or unauthorized account access should be reported promptly.

25. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We work to maintain reliable access to our websites and digital services, but availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, internet interruptions, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances.

Temporary website or system unavailability does not automatically modify separately confirmed travel reservations or supplier obligations.

26. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation of an E.P.I.C. membership is governed by the E.P.I.C. Cancellation Policy.

Travel bookings, event purchases, merchandise purchases, and other transactions may have separate cancellation or refund rules.

Canceling an E.P.I.C. membership does not automatically cancel a separately confirmed travel reservation, ticket, merchandise order, or other transaction.

27. PROGRAM CHANGES

E.P.I.C. may update membership features, benefits, website functionality, program procedures, participating suppliers, or these Terms as the program evolves.

Changes will be implemented subject to applicable law and any notice requirements that apply.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. NO WAIVER

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular instance does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision or another applicable provision in the future.

30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms when our services, program operations, technology, or legal requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date displayed at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice of material changes will be provided.
