Depending on your interaction with E.P.I.C. or Ever After Escapes, information may include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, billing information, membership level, account information, transaction history, Travel Wallet activity, travel preferences, traveler information, booking details, customer service communications, and other information you choose to provide.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

When you enroll in E.P.I.C., we may collect information necessary to create, maintain, service, and administer your membership.

This may include membership status, membership level, billing activity, payment status, benefit eligibility, Travel Wallet transactions, Annual Hotel Stay qualification information, member service history, and other program-related records.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments for E.P.I.C. memberships and other eligible transactions may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Payment processors may collect and process payment card, billing, authentication, transaction, and related information necessary to complete and manage payments.

We may receive transaction information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, payment dates, amounts, refunds, disputes, or other information necessary to administer your account without receiving or storing all payment-card information ourselves.

4. TRAVEL INFORMATION

When you request travel planning, booking assistance, or other travel services through Ever After Escapes, we may collect information necessary to research, arrange, manage, and service your travel.

Depending on the requested service, this information may include traveler names, dates of birth, contact information, destination preferences, travel dates, loyalty-program information, accessibility requests, accommodation preferences, passport or identification information when required for a particular booking, and other information necessary to fulfill the travel request.

Only information reasonably necessary for the applicable travel service should be requested and used.

5. WEBSITE AND DEVICE INFORMATION

When you visit our websites or interact with our digital services, we or service providers working on our behalf may automatically collect certain technical information.

8. TRAVEL WALLET INFORMATION

We may maintain records related to Travel Wallet Credits, including credits earned, used, adjusted, reversed, or otherwise associated with a member account.

Travel Wallet information may be connected with membership payment records and eligible travel transactions in order to administer the E.P.I.C. Travel Wallet program.

9. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

We may share information when reasonably necessary to provide, administer, secure, or support E.P.I.C. membership and Ever After Escapes travel services.

This may include sharing information with payment processors, technology and CRM providers, communications providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, professional service providers, travel suppliers, booking platforms, tour operators, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, and other parties involved in fulfilling a requested service or transaction.

Information shared with a third-party travel supplier may also be subject to that supplier’s own privacy practices.

10. EVER AFTER ESCAPES AND E.P.I.C.

E.P.I.C. is a membership program offered by Ever After Escapes. Information may therefore be used across the E.P.I.C. membership and Ever After Escapes travel-service relationship when reasonably necessary to administer membership benefits, provide travel services, support members, maintain records, and operate the program.

11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where permitted and consistent with applicable consent requirements, we may use contact information to communicate about E.P.I.C. membership benefits, travel opportunities, promotions, services, events, or other relevant offers.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent, preference, and opt-out requirements.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or service communications reasonably necessary to administer a membership, payment, travel booking, account, or requested service.

If you provide consent to receive text messages, we may use the telephone number provided to send communications consistent with that consent.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing an E.P.I.C. membership unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

Members may receive transactional email communications related to membership administration, payments, travel requests, bookings, benefits, customer support, policy notices, or other service matters.

Marketing emails may include an unsubscribe mechanism where required.

E.P.I.C. consumer memberships are not directed to children for the purpose of independently purchasing or managing a membership.
