These Membership Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in E.P.I.C.™ — EverAfter Premier Insiders Club™ (“E.P.I.C.,” “Membership,” “Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a membership program offered by Ever After Escapes.
By purchasing, activating, maintaining, or using an E.P.I.C. membership or membership benefit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and any additional terms applicable to a specific benefit, service, promotion, booking, or transaction.
1. E.P.I.C. MEMBERSHIP
E.P.I.C. is a recurring consumer membership program designed to provide members with access to travel-related benefits, entertainment and experience opportunities, Travel Wallet Credits, applicable annual hotel stay benefits, travel planning support, and other benefits associated with the member’s selected membership level.
E.P.I.C. is not itself a hotel, airline, cruise line, event provider, tour operator, or other travel supplier. Eligible travel planning and booking services are provided through Ever After Escapes and may also involve independent third-party travel or experience suppliers.
2. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
E.P.I.C. currently offers five consumer membership levels:

Benefits are cumulative or expanded by membership level as described in current E.P.I.C. membership materials, subject to these Terms and any benefit-specific terms.
3. RECURRING BILLING
E.P.I.C. memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.
By enrolling, you authorize E.P.I.C. and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable membership fee on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Membership benefits that depend on successful payment may not be earned, credited, activated, or remain available when a payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful.
4. TRAVEL WALLET CREDITS
Consumer E.P.I.C. memberships include Travel Wallet Credits based on the member’s current membership level.
Travel Wallet Credits are associated with successful monthly membership payments. Credits are not earned merely because a billing cycle begins or because a payment is attempted.
Travel Wallet Credits may be applied only toward eligible travel booked through Ever After Escapes and are subject to the separate E.P.I.C. Travel Wallet Terms.
Travel Wallet Credits are program credits and are not represented as cash, a bank deposit, a stored-value account, or a general-use payment instrument.
5. ANNUAL HOTEL STAY BENEFIT
Eligible E.P.I.C. membership levels may include an Annual Hotel Stay benefit after the member completes at least 90 qualifying active membership days, subject to the applicable membership level, destination availability, redemption requirements, benefit terms, and other applicable conditions.
Destination options and benefit value may vary by membership level.
For General Admission, Reserved, and Floor Access memberships, the member is responsible for designated activation costs, taxes, and/or applicable fees associated with the benefit.
For VIP Section and Owner’s Box memberships, E.P.I.C. pays the designated activation taxes and fees identified as included under the applicable program benefit.
Additional supplier charges, optional purchases, transportation, resort charges, incidentals, upgrades, or other costs not expressly included in the benefit remain the member’s responsibility.
6. TRAVEL AND EXPERIENCE AVAILABILITY
Travel, entertainment, lodging, cruise, resort, ticket, tour, luxury travel, and other experience benefits or opportunities are subject to availability and may depend on participating suppliers, destinations, inventory, booking dates, travel dates, membership level, eligibility, and supplier-specific restrictions.
Membership does not guarantee that a particular property, destination, room category, cruise, event, ticket, itinerary, supplier, date, or experience will always be available.
Supplier terms, cancellation rules, change fees, taxes, resort fees, baggage fees, ticket restrictions, and other third-party conditions may apply separately to an individual booking.
7. EVER AFTER ESCAPES TRAVEL SERVICES
Eligible travel planning, booking support, itinerary assistance, and related travel services are provided through Ever After Escapes.
Certain travel services may be fulfilled by or through independent travel suppliers. Those suppliers are responsible for delivering the products and services they provide and may impose their own terms and conditions.
8. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Benefits vary by membership level and may include different combinations or levels of access to travel opportunities, entertainment, Travel Wallet Credits, hotel stay benefits, itinerary planning, dedicated advisor support, cruise booking access, tour operator access, luxury travel opportunities, and other benefits described in current membership materials.
Benefits are subject to availability, eligibility, program terms, supplier participation, and the member remaining eligible and in good standing.
9. UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
Members may be permitted to change membership levels in accordance with then-current E.P.I.C. procedures.
A membership change may affect future pricing, Travel Wallet Credits, benefit eligibility, Annual Hotel Stay options, and other membership-level benefits.
10. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Members are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, billing, traveler, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the membership or complete a requested booking.
Members are responsible for reviewing travel documents, names, dates, identification requirements, passport or visa requirements, supplier rules, and booking details before approving or completing a travel transaction.
Members may not misuse, manipulate, reproduce, resell, fraudulently obtain, or improperly transfer E.P.I.C. benefits, credits, offers, credentials, or access.
11. CANCELLATION
Members may cancel their recurring E.P.I.C. membership in accordance with the current E.P.I.C. Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of an E.P.I.C. membership does not automatically cancel a separately confirmed travel booking, supplier reservation, event ticket, or other transaction. Those transactions remain governed by their applicable booking and supplier terms.
12. REFUNDS AND PAYMENT REVERSALS
Any refund eligibility for membership fees is governed by the applicable E.P.I.C. Cancellation Policy and any legally required consumer rights.
If a membership payment associated with a benefit or Travel Wallet Credit is later refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, E.P.I.C. may adjust the member’s account to reflect the unsuccessful payment, subject to applicable law and program terms.
13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
E.P.I.C. may suspend access to membership benefits when a membership is unpaid, inactive, under review for suspected misuse or fraud, or otherwise not in good standing.
E.P.I.C. may terminate a membership for material misuse, fraud, abuse of benefits, unauthorized resale or transfer, or other material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
14. PROGRAM CHANGES
E.P.I.C. may update membership benefits, participating suppliers, program features, redemption processes, or these Terms as the program evolves.
Any changes will be implemented subject to applicable law and any notice requirements that apply.
Current membership pricing, benefits, and program descriptions should be reviewed at the time of enrollment or use.
15. COMMUNICATIONS
Members may receive communications related to membership billing, account administration, travel requests, booked travel, benefits, program notices, customer service, and other transactional matters.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent, preference, and opt-out requirements.
16. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Travel and experience suppliers are independent third parties. Their products and services may be governed by separate contracts, policies, limitations, cancellation provisions, and conditions.
E.P.I.C. membership does not alter a supplier’s independent terms unless expressly stated in writing.
17. MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT LIMITATIONS
E.P.I.C. membership benefits are subject to applicable program terms, availability, eligibility, supplier participation, and membership status.
E.P.I.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific third-party travel supplier, destination, entertainment offering, or other independent service.
18. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with an E.P.I.C. membership is handled in accordance with the E.P.I.C. Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
19. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Certain benefits, promotions, travel bookings, experiences, payment arrangements, Travel Wallet transactions, or third-party services may be governed by additional terms.
When additional terms apply to a specific transaction or benefit, those terms supplement these Membership Terms.
