This Cancellation Policy applies to consumer memberships in E.P.I.C.™ — EverAfter Premier Insiders Club™, a membership program offered by Ever After Escapes.
This policy explains how members may cancel recurring E.P.I.C. memberships and how cancellation may affect billing, membership status, Travel Wallet Credits, membership benefits, and separately booked travel or other transactions.
This Cancellation Policy supplements the E.P.I.C. Membership Terms and other applicable program policies.
1. RECURRING MEMBERSHIP
E.P.I.C. consumer memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of enrollment.
Membership fees continue to be charged according to the applicable billing cycle until the membership is canceled in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.
2. HOW TO CANCEL
Members may request cancellation of an E.P.I.C. membership through an available E.P.I.C. cancellation method or by contacting Member Support.
Members should provide sufficient account information to allow E.P.I.C. to identify and process the applicable membership.
E.P.I.C. may take reasonable steps to verify the identity or authority of the person requesting cancellation before making account changes.
3. CANCELLATION EFFECTIVE DATE
A cancellation request stops future recurring membership charges after the cancellation becomes effective under the applicable billing and account procedures.
Members should submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled recurring charge if they do not want the next billing cycle to renew.
A cancellation request submitted after a recurring payment has already been processed does not automatically reverse or refund that completed payment.
4. ACCESS THROUGH THE PAID MEMBERSHIP PERIOD
Unless otherwise required by law or affected by a refund, reversal, suspension, fraud review, or other account adjustment, a member may continue to have access to applicable membership benefits through the end of the membership period already successfully paid for.
Future membership benefits do not continue after the applicable membership terminates.
5. FUTURE BILLING
Once cancellation is effective, E.P.I.C. will stop future recurring membership charges for the canceled membership.
Members remain responsible for charges that were validly incurred before cancellation became effective.
6. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND REFUNDS
Cancellation of a recurring membership does not automatically create a refund for a membership fee that has already been successfully processed.
Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to E.P.I.C. program terms, the circumstances of the transaction, and any rights required by applicable law.
A refund of a membership payment may affect benefits, Travel Wallet Credits, qualification periods, or other program value associated with that payment.
7. TRAVEL WALLET CREDITS
Travel Wallet Credits are earned in connection with successful qualifying E.P.I.C. membership payments and are governed by the E.P.I.C. Travel Wallet Terms.
Cancellation stops future qualifying membership payments and therefore stops future Travel Wallet Credit accrual associated with those payments.
Travel Wallet Credits are program credits and are not cash.
The treatment and availability of existing Travel Wallet Credits after cancellation remain subject to the Travel Wallet Terms and applicable E.P.I.C. program rules.
8. PAYMENT REVERSALS, DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If a payment associated with Travel Wallet Credits or another membership benefit is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise determined to be unsuccessful, E.P.I.C. may adjust the member account to reflect the payment status.
Any benefit or credit associated with an unsuccessful payment may be adjusted consistent with applicable program terms and law.
9. ANNUAL HOTEL STAY QUALIFICATION
Cancellation may affect qualification for an E.P.I.C. Annual Hotel Stay benefit.
Eligible Annual Hotel Stay benefits require satisfaction of applicable program conditions, including at least 90 qualifying active membership days.
A canceled or inactive membership may no longer accumulate qualifying active membership days.
10. ALREADY-REDEEMED BENEFITS
Cancellation does not automatically reverse a membership benefit that has already been validly redeemed, subject to the terms applicable to that benefit.
A benefit associated with a payment that is subsequently refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated may be subject to account adjustment.
11. TRAVEL BOOKINGS ARE SEPARATE
Canceling an E.P.I.C. membership does not automatically cancel a separately confirmed travel booking.
Hotel reservations, resort bookings, cruises, tours, transportation, tickets, itineraries, and other confirmed travel transactions remain governed by the terms applicable to those individual bookings and suppliers.
If you wish to cancel or change a travel reservation, you must separately request the applicable travel cancellation or modification.
12. TRAVEL CANCELLATION FEES
Travel suppliers may impose cancellation penalties, change fees, nonrefundable deposits, fare restrictions, resort charges, ticket restrictions, or other conditions.
Canceling an E.P.I.C. membership does not eliminate or modify a supplier’s independent cancellation terms.
13. EVENT AND ENTERTAINMENT PURCHASES
Event tickets, entertainment purchases, attractions, tours, and other experience transactions may have their own cancellation and refund policies.
Cancellation of an E.P.I.C. membership does not automatically cancel or refund a separately purchased event or experience.
14. E.P.I.C. COLLECTION PURCHASES
Merchandise purchased through the E.P.I.C. Collection is separate from an E.P.I.C. consumer membership.
Cancellation of a membership does not automatically cancel a merchandise order.
Merchandise cancellations, returns, refunds, shipping issues, and fulfillment matters are subject to the policies applicable to the merchandise transaction and fulfillment provider.
15. UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
A change from one E.P.I.C. membership level to another is not necessarily treated as cancellation of the entire E.P.I.C. relationship.
Membership-level changes may affect future pricing, Travel Wallet Credit amounts, benefits, qualification requirements, and other program features.
16. FAILED PAYMENTS
A failed or declined recurring membership payment may affect membership status and eligibility for benefits.
E.P.I.C. may suspend or restrict membership benefits when a membership is unpaid or otherwise not in good standing.
A failed payment is not the same as a member-requested cancellation.
17. MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION BY E.P.I.C.
E.P.I.C. may suspend or terminate a membership for material program violations, fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized resale or transfer, misuse of benefits, security concerns, or other conduct permitted under the Membership Terms and applicable law.
Account treatment following an E.P.I.C.-initiated suspension or termination may depend on the reason for the action and applicable program terms.
18. REJOINING AFTER CANCELLATION
A former member may be permitted to purchase a new E.P.I.C. membership after cancellation, subject to then-current pricing, availability, eligibility, benefits, and program terms.
A new membership may be treated as a new enrollment for purposes of qualification periods or other membership benefits unless otherwise provided by E.P.I.C. program rules.
19. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION
Members should retain any cancellation confirmation or account communication provided after a cancellation request is processed.
If you believe a cancellation request was not properly processed, contact E.P.I.C. Member Support promptly so the account can be reviewed.
20. LEGALLY REQUIRED RIGHTS
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to waive or limit cancellation, refund, cooling-off, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
21. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
E.P.I.C. may update this Cancellation Policy as program procedures, services, technology, or legal requirements change.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
Where required by applicable law, additional notice of material changes will be provided.
